In my role as a Contract Administrator and Project Manager for Kendall Kingscott, I’ve worked with Gable Roofing on a range of roofing projects over the last 5 years, (felt roofing and metal over-cladding projects).
The team are pro-active and have been a pleasure to work with.
- Contracts have typically ranged from 4- 12 months and from £250,000- £1.5M
- Communication has always been good .
- Site reports were provided for monthly progress meetings.
- Interaction with the client and design team has been good and professional.
- When difficulties have arisen, (often due to unseen or unknown issues), I have found Gable to be helpful in working with ourselves and the client to find practical and economic solutions.

Gables have undertaken a safety and operational critical project on one of our secure sites. As part of the works Gable Projects have undertaken the Design, installation and commissioning of two large new roofs inclusive of a new PV system. Though the nature of the work is simple the constraints put on Gable Projects by the client during the project have been significant and one that Gables have truly excelled with. Due to the nature of the site client operational output could not be impacted during the roofing works again thanks to the support and guidance from Gable Projects no impacts to operations were experienced. Safety is an essential part of any successful project and again thanks for Gable Projects leadership and commitment to safety there were zero incidents during the works on the occupied buildings.
I would like to put a special thanks out to the collaborative nature of the team at Gable Projects where their honest and open approach truly showed the collaborative workings under a NEC contract.
