Whist subcontracted to Building IS, Gable delivered a 6-month program of major roof refurbishment over 13 areas including, stripping, a new built-up Garland traditional felt waterproofing system with tapered insulation, various detailing items, GRP edge/termination trims, rainwater outlets, gutter, timber hard edges, forming sumps and roof lights.

Working in conjunction with Building Integrated Services Ltd through late 2022 into 2023, to a JCT Int with Contractors Design 2016 main contract, Gable Projects carried out £550k worth of Spec-compliant built-up warm felt roofing across 12 areas (totalling 2000m²). KSS designed scope and extent of works included; tapered insulation schemes within the BUR, various detailing complexities, roof lights.
