£1 million was spent on replacing and upgrading various roof coverings during 2022-23. This project involved over 2,500 m² of work, including asbestos sampling and surveys, new roof coverings with insulation, scaffolding, replacement of windows and doors, installation of roof lights and fascia, cavity trays, a lightning protection system, and internal decoration.
