We completed this 22-week project for Kingsbury Group Academy at the end of 2024. This project involved extensive refurbishment on both flat roofs and pitched roofs along with other associated works.
For the flat roofs we used a Soprema built up felt system, as well as liquid coating in areas. For the pitched elements we stripped all existing slates and replaced with new. We also removed and replaced rooflights throughout.
This project was particularly challenging due to the tight programme, intense security protocols and all works being conducted in term time with pupils and staff occupying the site at all times.
